This is the perspective that shaped Bahar Residence. Developed by PMD Group together with Kvan Group, the project was planned around an existing urban environment rather than future assumptions. Located opposite an established park, with direct access to key transport routes and surrounding infrastructure, the location itself became one of the project’s defining characteristics.

Rather than treating green space as an additional amenity, the project integrates it into everyday life. Residents benefit from an environment where walking, outdoor activity and access to public space are already part of the neighbourhood.

Looking at Bahar Residence today, it becomes clear that the location was not selected by chance. It reflects a broader understanding of how Baku is evolving and how expectations around residential living continue to change.
